The following lists instructions for adding a POP email account to either Outlook or Outlook Express
You will need the following information from either your web designer or hosting company that created your email account.
For Outlook Express do the following.
Double Click on the Outlook Express Icon on your desktop or Go to Start > All Programs > Outlook Express Go to Tools > Accounts Click on the Mail Tab Enter the following Your Name Click Next Email Address Click Next Mail Server POP3 POP Server ##### SMTP Sever ##### Click Next Account Name ##### Password ##### Click Next Click Finish
For Outlook do the following
Double Click on the Outlook Icon on your desktop
or
Go to Start > All Programs > Outlook Express
Go to Tools > Email Accounts
Select Add a New Email Account
Click Next
Select POP3
Click Next
Your Name ###### ( As you want it to display,
e.g. John Smith)
Email Address ######
Pop Server ######
SMTP Server ######
User Name ######
Password ######
Click Next
Click Finish
